BuyerPath Lab

Privacy Policy

BuyerPath Lab (“BuyerPath Lab,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through buyerpathlab.com, why we collect it, how we use it, when we share it, and the choices available to you.

1. Information we collect

Information you provide. When you request a checklist, contact us, or purchase a product, we may collect your name, email address, billing details, account information, communications, and information you voluntarily submit.

Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full payment-card numbers on our servers. Stripe may collect and process payment information under its own privacy policy and terms.

Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider and security systems may receive IP address, browser type, device information, approximate location, referring URL, pages viewed, timestamps, and diagnostic logs. We use this information for security, reliability, fraud prevention, and aggregate performance measurement.

Email marketing. If you request a resource or subscribe through our AWeber form, your email address and subscription preferences may be processed by AWeber on our behalf. Commercial emails include an unsubscribe mechanism. Transactional messages may still be sent when necessary to deliver a purchase or respond to a support request.

2. How we use information

3. How we share information

We may share information with service providers that help us host the website, process payments, deliver email, store files, provide customer support, prevent fraud, or maintain security. These providers may process information only as needed to provide services to us.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, to investigate abuse, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, sale of assets, or similar business transaction. We do not sell your email address as a mailing list.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

We may use necessary cookies or similar technologies for sessions, security, referral attribution, and basic site functionality. Third-party services, including payment or embedded-form providers, may set their own cookies or collect information according to their policies. You can manage cookies through your browser settings, although disabling necessary cookies may affect functionality.

5. Email choices

You may unsubscribe from marketing email using the unsubscribe link in the message or by contacting hello@buyerpathlab.com. We will process valid opt-out requests as required by applicable law. We may retain a suppression record so we do not re-add an opted-out address.

6. Data retention and security

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including legal, accounting, security, dispute-resolution, and fraud-prevention needs. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

7. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live and subject to applicable exceptions, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or information about the processing of your personal information, and to opt out of certain uses. To submit a request, email hello@buyerpathlab.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. You may also have the right to appeal a denied request or contact your local privacy regulator.

8. Children

BuyerPath Lab is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child provided information to us, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

9. Third-party links and services

The website may link to or embed third-party services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this one. Review those policies before submitting information.

10. Changes and contact

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date above indicates when it was last revised. Questions or privacy requests should be sent to hello@buyerpathlab.com.
